My Wonderful Ship Poem by Zwelisha Brian Langa

My Wonderful Ship

I sail in the sea of my life everyday
I see things that no man can think or even say
I ride on waters no boat or ship has ever sailed
This is not a dream I dreamt but a dream I lived
This waters have tried to bring me down with it's waves
but the foundation of my ship is there to save
I thought I was going to be sunk to the bottom
but I was secure and preserved by a touch of one button

This is never a story to brag about
it is a journey to be shared with others in their whereabouts
This is never a victory to celebrate with sunsets
but a destiny to be followed in the direction of waves

This is my ship, my wonderful ship
This is my Shepherd, and I His beautiful sheep
Never doubting, never drowning in these waters
