My Wondering Soul - Poem by tara mahdavi

i wish to cross the lines
to ask
who is dead, who is alive?
can i find a light
in this darknight.
i wish to cross the lines
to see what is behind
find the truth
of the world of lies.
how can i survive?
there is no way for me
there is no air to breath
there is no time to rest
there is no end to my dreams.
there is nothing to believe
the is no sun to shine
there is no angle to fly,
no bird to sing.
