I called to my steersman, who rose and pulled up the anchor awash in the sea, believing only in my own mind. very nice poem full of thoughts and imaginations.. believing only in my mind.. tony

nourished on cloud pollen and flower dew. Arctic birds winged ahead and came back. Universe and his wife Rain Woman had been busy billing the Northern Lights as the flashings of spirits in combat. pulled up the anchor......... very fine poem very much original in thought and expressions.. tony

Very astute, Kim. I wrote this poem after reading Joseph Campbell's Mythologies of the Great Hunt, which included revelations about the initiation rites of the Plains Indians.
