drenched n some unamed sadness,
missing you,
i shatter now,
so much insecurity
washing over me
your smile haunts my minds eye,
blue eyes pleading in the starlight,

n im falling in love with you,
the kind of love you drown in,
mouthfulls of water,
n i sputter,

drowning in the possibilities,
one fist closed tightly on hope,

i want to see you tonight,
n make love,
n dream away tommorrow.....................
