Naked Dancer Poem by Donatien Moisdon

Naked Dancer

Flaunted nudity moving in spotlights,
arched body offered to riveted looks...

Hope-strung dancer, you know that ugliness
will, one day, call off your time of triumph;
yet, what a thrill from this ultimate dare
and what freedom transcends your slavery!
