She's beautiful
Her eyes almost as soft and gentle as her skin
Her hair is as wild and untamed as...
And she's poise, graceful, strict, stunning, and valiant.
And her smile.
Gods her smile, may Aphrodite strike me down, but there has never been a more lavishing sight then her smile.
My gods she is possessing
She talks to me as though I am her equal.
But there's nothing equal about me and her.
She shines like the moon yet, has the nature of Apollo
And if only she would look at me like how she looks at her love.
The fondness she sees when looking at her.
The love she tells to her using no words.
I envy that.
I envy her
Why not me, why can't I be the one she sees.
Why must I always admire her from the background as I see her shine.
Why must my lips form the words they speak yet refuses to move when I see her
If only I can turn to glass a mere reflection in which she may stare at long enough, hours may be as long as her affection is shone upon my eyes and my eyes only.
Wishfully I dream like a fool as I stand amongst others staring at her, mesmerized.
Why must it be this way?
My sweet Narcissus
And I am, but an Echo.
