Nary A Word Was Spoken Poem by Tim Vallie

Nary A Word Was Spoken

Walls smashed
Towers broken
A city turned ash
Nary a word was spoken

Blood shed
Demons woken
Thousands dead
Nary a word was spoken

Many cried
Heartbroken
Kings lied
And nary a word was spoken
