Natural Rhythms (Warm Salt Water) Poem by Thomas Hooker

Natural Rhythms (Warm Salt Water)

Rating: 4.0

A balance we have lost,
blue water, out of order,

our oceans are not immune,
there are natural rhythms,

and cyclical extinctions,
all will be restored, once we're gone.

The earth will reject humanity
as humanity learns too late to save himself,

life re-evolves, perhaps the next intelligent
species will get it right, better understand,

the rhythms, learn from the past, for
there are natural rhythms, time allows for it.
