i think with a little more work on rhythm and word play, this could be a kick-ass slam poetry piece. i especially like the Timberland Tree tie-in to the hangings. very clever analogy there. makes you wonder if the lynchings ever really stopped. KRS-ONE probably wishes he thought of that. Jake
