Night Extended Its Life Span Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Night Extended Its Life Span

Night Extended Its Life Span
I appealed night to extend its span
Time available for cuddling with bride
Sounds not enough for me and her
To color flamboyant hues in our night.

Love of moon intoxicated insane sun
He pretended to be asleep, to extend night.
Dawn forgot to knock door of my room
Two love doves remain enclosed inside.

Moaning turned language of love
Whisper broke right of silence.
We mingled to dissolve in ocean of love
Stormy night created its own memory.
