No Intention To Hurt You Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

No Intention To Hurt You

NO INTENTION TO HURT YOU
Indeed, I have no intention to hurt you
Unknowingly, I did the same mistake.

When tears rolled down from your eyes
My heart really wept silently for a while.

I burnt myself in the fire of repentance
But you might not have noticed it yet.

My conscience failed to work at all
How to keep you calm down in rest

May I kiss your lips and welled up eyes
And caress your back to empathise you.

It is my fault not to recognise you
As an ever flowing river of infinite love.

I turned myself as the fun of my faith
When I failed to honour you and your love.

I've never tried to perceive your griefs and pains
Still I used to claim you are sweet heart of mine.

I always claimed my right over your body
But I unknowingly crushed your own rights.

From today, I will bear the share of your pain
And I will never hurt and make you cry again.

I do not know how to convince you
You are an essence of my own life

My soul, body and conscience, all together
Always remind you how much I love you.
