The air was bleak
The night was dark
deep sorrows filled my heart
& in clutches of agony
i groped in silent remorse

The night turned ugly
the guilt profound
turned my soul
to dubious grounds

the rhyme went awry
the reason gone
the heart turned deaf
to every wound

The air was bleak
the night was dark
& yet my life was
torn apart

And in that moment of deep void
The night was struck by a bolt of light
burnt the shreds of deep reprise
showed the way through darkened night

Though it flickered
& groped in dark
though it gave a
moment's grasp

Yet my heart lapped alive
shrugged all ropes
of murky hives

Though it simmered a
lonely fight
It showed the way to
HAPPY LIFE! ! !
