Nilus Romam Poem by Nathan Vigil

Nilus Romam

Nilus Romam,
Anubis roams for:
His lover, warrior true.

Eunt ut amantoris,
hand in hand
upon the bank of
Nilus.

Adeunt Thebæ Ægyptius,
lover of Anubis a tiger, modo
they run tum,
rest on the west bank's sunrise.

Ammon venit transversus cælum,
wolves pass them
as thy rest.

Noctu amant ut regis,
Roma is in their grasp,
they love true.
