Nobody shall see her, the broken girl
With laughter so infectious and joy as
Contagious

She smiles wide, eyes twinkling and bright
Inside she burns and inferno of desolation
And quiet

She lives life, holding herself together
Muttering motivation as her emotions
She gathers

Alone, taking in a long breath she
Heals herself and once again talks the
Happy talk

She stands and helps and inspires herself
Because the world never really saw through her
Charade
