To be or not to be, that is no choice
For me. I am that which I am for all
Eternity. At least till I rejoice
No more in life and I am in that hall
Of emptiness and silence for the rest
Of time, where neither tears nor joy exist,
Where rapturous delights of being caressed
And kissed do not occur and are not missed.
But here, I'll be what I must be, and am.
And I, with pride, assert this fact to you.
Shall I attempt to live some kind of sham
Because it suits your biased point of view?
I cannot be what I have never been,
But you could be more tolerant, less mean.

Hi. This was an amazing work. I like the way you told the facts and the way you want to be and stay as you are. Changes are sometimes good but not always. There are some changes to badness. Anyway, I like the philosophy of the poem too that there is determinism in life. Thanks
