Nostalgia

Made of night's skin.

The stars melted in as i n k.

Shadows void of sun

of their suffering.

Lilac flames with pine ash

empties

into the valley

reaching a scintillating zenith.

Seagulls float

midair.

Conifer trees whistle

a distant name.

Buttons of gilded insignia

Branded

in ivory.

Selene

Yearns for

Endymion.

Marble psyche

Forever turns

Stone

Like the

Famed Gorgon

My creative faculties

Tired of

Fabricating it all

All my stories

Poetry

Prose

Forged in flames

of Expression's shadow

From the abyss

Of my soul.
