Not A Prophet, But A Poet Poem by Dibbendu Dwip Dwip

Not A Prophet, But A Poet

Through the seven heavens
I see all,
But I keep myself quiet!
I am not a prophet, but a poet;
Poets don't have followers.
There is no loyal dispels,
There is no excuse to be a leader.
A true poet
does not compose any holy scriptures,
I scattered thousands of such poems
in the flood water!
If a poet get the right navigation,
an epic poem, holier than Vedas,
can be authored in one night.
Yes, I am not a prophet, but a poet;
I see who are quiet,
bound to be quiet.
I have that urge too,
I have that responsibility,
And that is to keep ourselves alive!
