I aint askin for much,
I'm just askin you to stay.
Be my friend,
wash away the pain.

Protect me with love,
your heart, soul and life.
I'll do the same.
Be there when i cry.

Wipe away the salty tears,
be there for the laughs,
Be there through the years,
as everything fades into the past.

Its like that song says,
There's a danger in
lovin someone too much.
It also applies to friends.

I know you can break
my heart but trust you wont.
I hope you'll always stay.
hope you'll stay and never go.
