the self revolts upon
a stranger that comes inside
your house
and takes yourself away from
you
it may have no control at
first but sooner it will regain
its composure
open its eyes and see
the stranger is not needed here
it is an invader
who lives here? and who deserves
to be here?
in this house of the self but
you and i alone
we own this place
though we may sound
in different voices at time
we love this place
and this place loves us
that stranger must leave now
or we all kill and bury it all alive.
