Nothing In Sight Poem by Jesus Tapia

Nothing In Sight

I don't have everything
as a matter of fact I don't have anything
Just life with every breathe
I feel the amounting stress
No where to go nowhere to hide
No one knows how I feel inside
Torn into pieces yet I look to the sky
put my chin up and never my pride aside
Taught as little kid to not cry
Emotions they were not me I would just smoke and get high
So As the days went by
I lost some friends I lost some fights
and as I stride by there is still nothing in sight
