Nothing Is The Same - Poem by Deepak Hariharan
Those little things, those little fights, will now remind me of you for days and nights
I didnt know and you didnt realise, what we had between us was the real prize
I will never forget you, but I will learn to live without you
It was neither your fault nor mine, but now my life would never be fine
Even though everything is here and everything is the same, but you are not here so nothing is the same
I would never be fully happy, my heart will always be a bit sappy
Why did it have to end like this? Is that how cruel life is?
Why did destiny bring us together if we were not supposed to end up together?
I guess now now nothing would ever be the same, nothing is the same, nothing is the same
