Don’t remind me of the past; don’t play the card of shame
Still, I didn’t forgive and, still, my heart is in the flame
You chose to go, yourself is the only one here to blame

You’ve forsaken me; you wanted more ambition and fame
A better life which you never ceased to claim
We won’t be like before; nothing is going to be the same

I forgot the past and took you out of my life’s frame
Our love is a dead body that doctors forgot to proclaim
To reach up for my love; you need to up rise your aim
