Historical worldwide night
About an unbreakable person
Eyes refusing sleepiness
We were praying before televisions.
Wonderful dawn!
I heard Kinshasa my city
Singing with all its voices
To celebrate the first unbelievable African.
First African in the white house,
American President from a black house.
Total Joy from everywhere in Mandela’s land
And the image of Jessy Jackson crying.
Most of the babies born that period went
Together with African dances
To visit a life without war and poverty
Because of a man, Obama.
