His Homeynence Sir Peckerwood Ali III

Rookie (Reborn daily / America)

Number 69 - Poem by His Homeynence Sir Peckerwood Ali III

His Homeynence
Do commence
To ride the fence
Of innocence

It pays the rent
So don’t dissent
Of money spent
Before it’s lent

In your pocket
Keep your rocket
Hide and lock it
Never mock it

Hear my rhyme
Do no time
Take no dime
Live sublime

His Homeynence is not concerned about numerical scores...he understands the true value is comments offered in an honest and constructively critical way.

However, to not jepordise (sic.) our friendship, I am willing to retract the previous comment about Hades. I did not give you a '1' by the way. You have e-mailed me expressing dismay, and I have re-considered my postion. (Report)Reply

Does His Homeynence even know you? Are you commenting on the right poem?

I am aware you are an experienced poet, and I know through your many e-mails to me that you demand absolute honesty from me and that you asked me to do it openly...so, with a pure heart (and with respect for our friendship) , I can tell you that this is one of the very foulest pieces of turd emitted from the very bowels of Hades himself. Keep in touch, your everlasting friend, Alexa. (Report)Reply
