'The Girlie On The Hill'
Once I saw a lonely rose
Teasing me with her solitary pose
From a hill so steep she rose
Inviting me her view, my dose.
I passed by so stiff and proud
And joined my peer among the crowd,
With them I told 'Rose' so loud
And asked them if they would applaud.
Once I saw a lonely rose
Deflowered and raped from where it pose
Over a hill so stoop she rose
Quenching my peer, the nektar their dose.
I flew fast with all my might
But then my way was blocked so tight,
And uttered a sigh. 'Why should it be? '
When I'm the first on to tell my fellow bee.
