Obedience Or Rebellion

Obedience or Rebellion

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Obedience or Rebellion -3

Obedience or Rebellion
Humanity is split into conformism and revolution
Man is split between contrary proposition
In any case he is damned under both extreme dominion!

Countless wars religious, secular, commercial, national
Inquisition crusade jihad or Nazis' bloody ideal
Reveal intelligent sane high placed man meekly submitting to spineless obedience
There is hypnosis in obedience to authority even negative and insane nonsense.

Other side is rebel with or without a cause
Occasionally there is a fight for freedom or human cause
But revolution is notorious in triggering a reaction or ending in autocratic orthodoxy
The solution is worse than the problem beside bloodshed in plenty.

But there is hope in free intelligence scientific attitude, humanism and compassion
To avoid being ‘rebel without a cause' or spineless educated submission
We must have with uncompromising inner equanimity and outer objectivity
The answer to mindless obedience or rebellion is intense human sensitivity.
