Obscure Poem by Faith ReAnne

Obscure

Radio waves
bounce off the car walls
as a cat down the street
crawls
across the grass
hidden in the darkness
waiting
for the proper time
to pass
I too am a cat
of another nature
hiding not from
the dark but
my obscure behavior
Until the time is right
to be me
ham sandwiches with
too much mustard
maybe
at 3 am i'm allowed
to be unsure
