Rise and fall
of the waves,
Heartbeat -
Mine
Yours.
Love laughter.
Hate tears.
Shale salinity.
Friendship enmity.
Breach, treaty.
You rise, I fall.
I rise, you fall.
We rise together,
fall simultaneously.
Life in an ocean.
Light and dark
ship and shark
pale and blue
cracks and colour
beauty and truth.
You and I.
Rise and fall.
Infinite ocean
bears them all.
