Ode To Michael - Poem by Tina Rush

I want this to be heard
Throughout the world
Our tenderfoot in time
Is pacing now
The heavens close
To everyone and I'm
Just wondering
Does anyone see
The color of the day
It's getting late
(It's going to rain)
Maybe this time he'll stay
