Life beyond sight
The darkness lying flat.
This dimensional world
In which I have sat.
The turning of time
The table run round.
Fire drilling through ice
The deafening sound.
Of words etched to paper
An unforeseen force.
A breath on the wind
Swiftly changing it’s course.
Soft stone holding tight
To this black hole unseen,
Unleashing its fury
On the pen that I lean.
The static of life,
The sound of the dark.
In this life, this adventure.
I just barely embark.
