Ode To The Quiet Summit Poem by ashok jadhav

Ode To The Quiet Summit

O Quiet Summit, crown of patient climb,
You rise beyond the reach of haste and noise;
No trumpet marks your height, no bells of time,
Only the breath of stillness that enjoys.
You are not won by strength nor hurried feet,
But by the will that learns to pause and wait;
Each step made light by choosing to retreat
From lesser peaks that glitter, loud with bait.
Here, vision clears where valleys churn with sound,
And thought grows deep, unbroken by applause;
The self, once scattered, slowly gathers round
A center held by silence, not by laws.
O Quiet Summit, teach us how to stand
Above the storm without the need to reign;
To hold the sky within an open hand,
And call this calm, hard-earned stillness gain.
