Of The Praises Of Life's Reaper Poem by Francis Duggan

Of The Praises Of Life's Reaper

Of the praises of life's reaper one never does hear
But it is only the fear of death people does fear
The seeds of doubt in uncertainty are sown
And the fear of death is fear of the unknown
The longest lived human life in time is brief
And the reaper of lives does bring sorrow and grief
But it isaReapersad fact of life and fact never lie
That people are born to eventually die
To the scythe of life's reaper the great and the small
Eventually one day or night have to fall
Life is a journey that for all must end
And life's reaper to anyone is not a friend
We are born to die as all would agree
And the same for the billionaire as you and me.
