Offer Yourself - Poem by Holly Heron
If you offered me your heart,
I'd take it.
But until you do I'll stick with him,
A safe haven in this world,
He gives me warmth,
His unconditional love.
And while my heart,
It beats for you,
I won't give in till you can see.
Offer of yourself first.
And then I'll give you me.
