I am not the body
I am not the mind
I am someone else…
You are not your body
You are not your mind.
You are someone else
Somehow distant
You are somewhat different
From your body and mind.
And this is the salvation only
From all about your happiness and miseries,
Your joy and sorrow.
This life is one time
Phenomenal gift of God.
Enjoy it and help other enjoy.
