Oh, My Water Poem by Danish Sarfraz

Oh, My Water

Dear water, oh! My water
Sometimes life and sometimes creator

All drink and worship you
Life and death all true

Poseidon, Varuna and Final Cause
For all bipeds the best doze

In summer, deserts well demanded
Capitalists giants tag branded

A blessed monsoon but not for all
With broken roof, fear of fall.

Ritual of death and birth centralized
Elders floated, children baptized

If YOU, oh water vanishes soon
No life on earth will see any Moon.
