Oil Pollution Poem by Ugochukwu Anaekwe

Oil Pollution

Oil Pollution:
The Pelican:
My legs are covered with sludge
My wings are blacked with sludge
My bright feathers are no more
My skin and feathers fall off my body

The Turtle:
My feet are slowed by thick-oil
My feet is burnt by this thick-oil
My eyes are clouded by gas under water
My eyes scans endless darkness of gas and thick-oil under water
