Old Mind Poem by Jay Cooper

Old Mind

open eyes with an old mind,
filled with yesterday's lies,
Accepting no new ideas,
she hears her last victim's cries,
For now this beautiful flower will remain in my hand, behind my back,
Red filters made of false knowledge covers her eyes,
Only if they were gone
