Old, Old Man Poem by Bonzell Joins Jr

Old, Old Man

Old, Old man
standing feeble
as he stands,
eyeing dimly a churches steeple.

Long slender boney fingers
upon a hand
raised slowly to wave
at per chance
to passers by.
With eyes fixed
old and blue,
on all those who have
cast their lots.
