Olive Poem by Chris Lane

Olive

When you get back in town
Please call me, I dream of
Kissing your lips again.

We can, talk about the Kids
Wish for cooler weather
hold each other closer
never let it go much further.

Next morning at dawn
I'll be on my way ~
One last kiss in parting
I'll cherish the sensation
for as long as I can
and try not to call you
constantly on your
cell phone.
