Omniscient Light Poem by Patti Masterman

Omniscient Light

Omniscient light
Pierces from the eyes of strangers

Passengers with unknown dreams
Existing anywhere for token seconds

Take back the stars on invisible journeys
Take back the surrender when the captain's gone to sleep

Because our wanting disguises everything
The unsaid edge of existence only blinks
