On Chores Poem by Kebe Iwara

On Chores

Lazy bones, why get fagged
at everyday cleaning and laundry.
Laundry to clothes dirt-ragged
cleaning for your skin and sundry.

Had time after such heavy toil not found time
to wash off dirt, filth or sodden slime;
to slip into his bathroom- night
and emerge all bright and white.
What with her quotient mess!
Yours is as good as my guess.

Interesting poem with a humorus undertone. Cute indeed. Read mine - I Cannot Return - Adeline
