On Forgiveness. Poem by Brett White

On Forgiveness.

Forgiveness tests us every single day,
To Love or Hate, or to go in which way?
Hating is easier, loving is a chore.
And always in Life, with Good, offer more.
Because the motives of Men are suspect,
And our goal should always be to connect,
Uplift, Heal, and Hide any Shattered Pride.
To Forgive is to be filled with Love inside.
It's a Fleeting State, for sure, I admit...
But more rewarding than Sins I commit:
If left unchecked, will surely destroy me...
Fate approaches us with our own Apathy.
So Forgive and Radiate only Love,
And your Source of Strength will come from Above

On Forgiveness.
