On the rainy day,
The cold dew covering the small town.
Embracing the cold, in darkness,
Deep in thoughts, tears streaming in my eyes.
The answer of my thought, still unfound…
On the rainy day,
Images of the good old days appear
Spending time, sharing good memories
We laugh, we cry, we are always here
All the things we are, for me, are sweet remedies
On the rainy day,
Thinking about my insecurities,
The lies and assumptions, to which I felt the severest
My inner critics burst out, my worst enemies
Blaming for the suffering of my dearest…
On the rainy day,
The raindrops touch my broken heart
Aching, while thinking about my beloved
Was my thought a dagger to hurt him, even a word?
Hope he doesn't mind, for we are not apart.
