On The Shore I Dream Poem by James Darwin Smith II

On The Shore I Dream

On the shore I dream
Of a surreal smile
Upon this majestic peeking
Beautiful happiness
Feeling safe and very secure

To take away any pain
Always willing to sacrifice
Stand up for all that is sacred
Protecting beauty in any way
Possible for a future
Of happiness and joy
Doing everything possible
To make sure all is better

Heart beating strong
For a war I will help win
Alongside true bravery
Light bringer shining
Ever so brightly within

Goosebumps of prosperity
On the prospects of seeing joy
Even if it took so much out of me
Everything would be so worth it

If tears were to flood from anguish
I would take as much as I could within
Upon these eyes of understanding
Sharing in sorrow's emotions
Saving drowning peeks
Helping eyes swim

On the shore I dream
Of helping cries go from pain to joy
Making beautiful memories to behold
No matter how much pain I would take within
Everything would be worth seeing beauty smile
Wide with unlimited miles
Shaping upwards towards a glorious grin

And in the end
I would never expect anything in return
The reward would be the sacrifice I made
Just to see a beautiful dreamer grow
Inside the heart she owns made of gold
Never feeling alone

On the shore I dream
Dreaming strong
Always, forever and beyond
No matter what happens
Here on out

Just to know beauty is preserved
In a safe haven of a built of an oasis's salvation
That is all I would ever want to know

This light bringer should always grow
The beauty is endless
This I truly know for sure

On the shore I dream
Of a true beauty feeling love
As much as she wishes it to grow
And even so much more

All in the name of love
