I was once a beautiful soul
I could fly
I could prowl
I could silently slither in the night
But that was once
I am nothing now
I was bounding through the leaves
Sharp twigs reaching for my face
straining to hold me back
The wind was a-swirling across my skin
Every step launched me to a new place
I was smiling,
Bright as the sun
Nothing could stop me
But that was once
I am nothing now
When your young
the world is your toy
there's nothing to stop you
from Ruling the World
