A soiled handkerchief
Thrown ten days ago
Pieces of chalk
Strewn all over
Ten days ago
Sand that walked
Into the class
Ten days ago
Crumpled paper-balls
Of insignificant messages
Hurled and thrown
At one another
Ten days ago
Casual wishes scribbled
Carelessly on the board
Ten days ago
Welcome me to a class
Of confused faces
After ten days of break!
