Madaline Pietrangelo

One And Only Friend - Poem by Madaline Pietrangelo

You are the prize
I hold in my hands
You are in my own world
Which most don't understand

You bring scratches and scars
To which I receive
Representing everything
That represents deceive

It's a journey of depression
That never seems to end
Searching and looking
For that one and only friend
