One Breath - Poem by Adam Mark Rowe

With one breath,
You light up the darkest skies.
With one touch,
You make everything in my world seem right.
And if I lost that breath,
Or the day became the cold of night.
I couldn't be,
You're the only thing in my world that's right.

So just stay, stay with me til the end of time,
until the world has lost it's mind,
and it's crumbling apart.
And we'll be free,
Never torn apart again.
Held together to the end.

As we were meant to be.
