One moment can change entire life,
One breath can calm an angry man,
One word can heal a wounded heart,
And give a broken soul new form.

One moment may seem ordinary,
Just a second passing by,
Yet within that little moment,
A thousand dreams may rise.

One moment can bring a meeting,
That changes where we go;
One moment can expose a truth,
That we were eager to know.

One moment can make us stronger,
When everything seems wrong;
It can teach us how to rise again,
And make our spirit strong.

One moment can hold a goodbye,
A smile, a tear, a chance;
A single look, a gentle word,
A memory in life's dance.

We often wait for tomorrow,
For a better time to start;
But life is written moment by moment,
Within the beating heart.

So do not waste the present,
By fearing what may come;
The future has its own story,
And the past is already done.

Speak the words you truly mean,
Forgive before it's late;
Reach for dreams you've carried long,
And do not surrender to fate.

For one moment of courage
Can defeat a lifetime of fear;
One moment of kindness
Can make a lonely heart feel near.

One moment of patience
Can prevent a lasting fight;
One moment of hope
Can bring a darkened world some light.

And when the years have passed away,
