One Last Kiss - Poem by Jeunese Rona

Here I am, brokenhearted
My dreams slowly fading away,
I wish for no more
But for you to stay.
Just tonight
You made me cry
Just tonight
You told me a lie.
You said you'll always love me
And that you'll always be there
But deep in my heart
I know you don't care.
Here I am walking
On a clear spring night
I wish for no more
But for you to see the light...
And come back running
Back into my life
For these wounds in my heart
Cut deep like a knife.
In her arms,
I hope you'll find bliss
But at least remember me by
This one last kiss.
